Electrabel is an energy supplier in the Netherlands, focused on delivering great customer service at attractive prices.
It was Electrabel's wish to redesign the page where people can calculate their savings by switching to Electrabel. I researched both the principles of persuasion and how to apply them to the design of a website.
By using an iterative design process, the page was redesigned in accordance with the new guidelines. This resulted in a much higher conversion.
